Dues (What are they good for? Absolutely EVERYTHING!)

The fiscal year of the HOA is January-December. Our yearly dues of $180 needs to follow with our fiscal year. Dues are due on the first day of January each year and are considered late on February 1st. Late fee is $30. We accept a multitude of methods of payment. ( Venmo, Paypal and Check). All online methods of payment require an additional fee of 2.9% if you do not choose friends and family or equivalent) If mailing a check, please note new address to mail it to.
